Is click and collect free?
Yes. Collection is free on every item, including heavy items like water cases and drink multipacks.
When can I collect my order?
Once you get the email saying your order is ready, collect any time during opening hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 7:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
What do I need to bring?
Your order number (it is in your confirmation email), and photo ID if your order includes alcohol.
Can I check stock before I travel?
Yes. Every product page shows whether the item is in stock, so you can order online and know it will be waiting.
Do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is free on orders of £30 or more (excluding alcohol and heavy items), and next day delivery is available. See Shipping and Delivery.
Some items say collection only. Why?
A few large or heavy items, such as 6 bottle wine packs, are too bulky to send safely by courier, so they are free to collect from our Tyseley shop only.
Do I need ID for alcohol?
Alcohol is only sold to over 18s, and we may ask for photo ID when you collect. Read our Age Verification Policy.
