Shipping Methods

We provide the following delivery options for our customers:

Next Day Delivery

Available for orders up to 15kg to England, Scotland, Wales and British Forces addresses. Not available for alcohol, bulky items, pallet items, mixed baskets or Northern Ireland. Orders must be placed before 2pm on working days. Delivery cost: £7.99.

Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and shipping service costs.

Standard Shipping

Delivery costs depend on the weight of your order:

  • Up to 15kg: £4.99
  • 15kg to 30kg: £13.98
  • 30kg to 45kg: £20.97
  • 45kg to 60kg: £27.96
  • 60kg to 75kg: £34.95
  • Over 75kg: £41.94

Northern Ireland: £9.50 for orders up to 30kg.

FREE standard delivery on orders £30+ (basket total after discounts), at any weight, to England, Scotland, Wales and British Forces addresses. It covers our standard items only. Most drinks and water, bulky items, large toilet roll packs, pallet items and alcohol have their own delivery charge (below), which still applies when your order is £30 or more. Not available for Northern Ireland.

Drinks, Heavy and Bulky Items

Most drinks, water and other heavy items: up to 15kg £6.99, 15kg to 30kg £13.98, 30kg to 45kg £20.97, 45kg to 60kg £27.96, over 60kg £34.95. Northern Ireland: £9.50 up to 30kg.

Bulky items (for example planters, laundry baskets, bins, jerrycans and 36 roll toilet roll packs): up to 5kg £9.99, 5kg to 15kg £14.99, 15kg to 30kg £19.99, over 30kg £29.99. Northern Ireland: up to 5kg £14.99, 5kg to 15kg £19.99, 15kg to 30kg £24.99.

Large toilet roll packs (18 and 24 rolls): up to 2kg £6.99, 2kg to 3kg £8.99, 3kg to 5.1kg £13.99, 5.1kg to 7.6kg £19.99, 7.6kg to 10.2kg £26.99, 10.2kg to 15.2kg £39.99, 15.2kg to 30kg £69.99, over 30kg £99.99. Northern Ireland: £3.00 more at each weight.

Pallet items (for example 60 litre compost): £80.00, England, Scotland and Wales only.

Mixed baskets: if your order has items from more than one of these groups (for example standard items with drinks or alcohol), the delivery charge for each group is added together and shown at checkout as one "Shipping" charge. Next-day delivery is not offered on mixed baskets.

Alcohol Delivery

All alcoholic products are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery cost: £4.99 up to 10kg, £6.99 10kg to 15kg, £13.98 15kg to 30kg, £20.97 30kg to 45kg, £27.96 45kg to 60kg, £34.95 over 60kg, anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland (not included in free delivery).

Certain large or heavy items, such as 6×70cl wine packs, are collection only due to safety and handling concerns.

All items are available for free collection from our Birmingham shop in Tyseley:

Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 12–24 hours for processing and dispatch from our fulfilment locations. Delivery estimates should be adjusted accordingly. If there is a delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery Requirements

To receive your order, someone must be present at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with further instructions.
