Shipping Methods
We provide the following delivery options for our customers:
Next Day Delivery
Available for regular products up to 30kg. Orders must be placed before 2pm on working days. Delivery cost: £7.99.
Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and shipping service costs.
Standard Shipping
Delivery costs depend on the weight of your order:
- Up to 15kg: £4.99
- 15.01kg–30kg: £6.99
- Over 30kg: £9.99
For very heavy or bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if this is the case before dispatching your order.
Alcohol Delivery
All alcoholic products are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery cost: £9.99.
Certain large or heavy items, such as 6×70cl wine packs, are collection only due to safety and handling concerns.

All items are available for free collection from our Birmingham shop in Tyseley:

Processing & Dispatch
Please allow 12–24 hours for processing and dispatch from our fulfilment locations. Delivery estimates should be adjusted accordingly. If there is a delay, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery Requirements
To receive your order, someone must be present at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with further instructions.
