Returns and Refund Policy - VSD Discount Store
1 - Introduction
At VSD Discount Store, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to ensure every order meets your expectations.
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened food or drink items
- Disposable vaping devices and e-liquids
- Opened alcohol
- Any other items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2 - Completing a Return
To initiate a return, please complete our returns form and include it with your returned package.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items except in certain situations, such as if the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked or signed-for delivery to ensure your package reaches us safely.
3 - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Alternatively, store credit can be provided if preferred. Please allow up to 10 days from the date your return is received for the refund to be processed.
